Meet Our Founder

Victoria Wiley, has an undying passion for helping and equipping young ladies with the essentials for finding their inner strength.  She has 14 plus years of experience as an educator, leadership coach, and community activist. Majority of her service has been dedicated to working with middle and high school girls. During this time she developed a keen sense of responsibility and an absolute desire to empower young ladies through etiquette training, 21^st century learner skills development, and educational experiences designed to create social and political awareness. It is from this awareness and desire that Polished was created; to “polish” young ladies from the inside out.

Victoria believes in sharing her gift of teaching etiquette while inspiring young ladies to strive beyond the apex of their potential. A strong spiritual foundation gives her the strength to confidently know and believe that every young lady she encounters will find her strength to walk with polished confidence and leave a lasting impression on the world. Victoria is enthused to work with your daughter or organization to begin the polishing process!
